What is Medium-Pressure HBOT?

Medium-pressure HBOT involves resting in a comfortable, pressurized chamber while breathing in oxygen-rich air, typically 90–95% pure oxygen. Not only is the chair amazing, but the massage chairs and red light chamber are the best! The red light has helped significantly with the inflammation I’ve been having due to some painful hemorrhoids.
